Driver Engagement and Responsibilities:

1.1. Apni Sawari serves as a platform that connects individuals seeking driver services ("Users") with independent drivers ("Drivers"). Drivers engaged through our platform are independent contractors and not employees of Apni Sawari.
1.2. The Driver, once engaged with the User through our platform, assumes full responsibility for their actions and behavior during the service period. Apni Sawari shall not be held accountable for any claims, theft, insurance, wages, accidents, or any other casualties arising during or after the service period.
1.3. The User acknowledges that Apni Sawari is not liable for any damages or losses caused by the Driver's actions, misconduct, or negligence.

Insurance and Liability:

2.1. Apni Sawari does not provide any insurance coverage for the Drivers or the Users. It is the sole responsibility of the Driver to ensure they have the appropriate insurance coverage as per the local laws and regulations.
2.2. In the event of any accident, damage, or loss during the service period, the User agrees not to hold Apni Sawari responsible and acknowledges that the Driver is solely liable for any resulting claims or legal actions.

User Responsibility:

3.1. Users are responsible for verifying the Driver's credentials, license, and background before engaging their services through the Apni Sawari platform.
3.2. Users must ensure that they provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the app or website, including but not limited to their contact details, payment information, and service requirements.

Apni Sawari Service Fees:

4.1. Apni Sawari operates on a payment model where the customer pays the service fees directly to the driver for hiring their services.
4.2. As a part of using the Apni Sawari platform, the driver agrees to pay a designated IT Service charge to Apni Sawari for facilitating the connection and services through the app and website.
4.3. The IT Service charge will be deducted by Apni Sawari from the driver wallet.

4.4. Apni Sawari reserves the right to modify the IT Service charge, and any changes will be communicated to the drivers in advance.

Termination of Services:

5.1. Apni Sawari reserves the right to terminate the services of any driver found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or not complying with the payment of the IT Service charge.
5.2. Drivers can discontinue using our platform at any time and for any reason.

Modification of Terms:

6.1. Apni Sawari reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users will be informed of any changes through the app or website.
6.2. Continued use of our app or website after the modifications constitute acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
